Wendy Britt currently teaches English III, English IV, and Sign Language. She has taught at Hiwassee Dam High School since 1995, with the exception of two years when she served as a missionary and English teacher in Bordeaux, France. Mrs. Britt graduated from UNC Greensboro with her bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education (K-12) and English Education (9-12). She is also certified to teach French (K-12). She received her Masters in Library Science from East Carolina University and is a National Board certified teacher. Mrs. Britt also drives a school bus.
